Before coming to the LCD Spinal Care Center I had been suffering with constant deep aching neck and shoulder pain for over 30 years. It had started when I was in grade school playing soccer and just progressively got worse as I got older. Being in pain has always affected my daily life. I am tired all the time and I have little or no energy. I go through bouts of depression sometimes. I have tried many things to relieve my pain like acupuncture, physical therapy, and traction, but they did not help at all. I have my own tens unit and that gives me temporary relief. I had been suffering with severe neck pain and right arm pain for over a year. The pain radiated from the right side of my neck to my right shoulder and down my right arm. The pain was so horrible! I didn't get any rest at all. I was so frustrated! The pain affected my life so much. I was extremely irritable. I couldn't focus on anything or even concentrate. It hurt to write, eat, and drive. It decreased my activity because I had to depend on others to drive me to appointments and other places because of the pain medications that I was taking. I tried a variety of different things to relieve my pain. I had physical therapy but that only helped about 50%. I also tried acupressure and massage, but that gave little relief. I also took pain medication and that only relieved my pain for a short time. After beginning my treatment at the LCD Spinal Care Center, I have relief from my pain! About one year ago I began to feel some pain in my low back. It began as a mild tolerable pain, so I imagined it would go away. Then one day I felt the pain radiate down to my right hip. Before hearing about LCD Spinal Decompression, I had been living with this debilitating back pain for over 10 years. The pain would move from my low back to my hips and then into my sciatica nerves. The pain got so bad that I was almost in a wheel chair. I couldn't do anything! I became very depressed, sometimes I just felt like crying. Before starting the LCD Spinal Decompression Program, my life had gotten to the point that I was headed for a wheelchair. I could not stand or walk for more than five minutes. I could not make my own meals, I couldn't take care of my home, and I couldn't even walk to my own car. I didn't want to go anywhere or do anything! When I tried to go anywhere, I spent most of my time looking for a place to sit because the pain was so unbearable. I tried everything I could to relieve my pain.
